{"id":63,"date":"2019-07-18T15:44:38","date_gmt":"2019-07-18T19:44:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/?page_id=63"},"modified":"2026-01-02T11:01:44","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T16:01:44","slug":"services","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/services\/","title":{"rendered":"Services"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I WILL perform the following services as needed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist\/Set up and complete AKC on-line Show Management System for regular conformation shows, 4-6 Month Puppy Competition and Parade of Champions, Judge approvals, entry fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create spreadsheet for AKC deadline dates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Produce digital premium list, judging program, emailed entry confirmations and show catalog with color advertisements using Microsoft Word (.docx) and Adobe Acrobat (.pdf). Include current Board\/Committee members, entry fees and classes offered. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize latest AKC rules, point schedule and registration fees.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize provided electronic mailing list for wide distribution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create\/manage On-Line Entry Form for online completion of entries. Create drop-down selection of classes, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive and review all entries from on-line form. Enter data from postal delivery into Microsoft Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receive, design, create and proof all catalog advertisements including receiving digital photographs (.jpg, .png) or printer scan and re-size mailed photographs. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order show supplies and ribbons from Rau Ribbon Dept.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and partially fill in Judging Covers. Create and partially fill in Judging Sheets with class assignments and entry numbers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Create spreadsheet for accounting purposes including: actual entries and fees received by class, actual fees due to AKC.\u00a0  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">If hired to be &#8216;Day Of Show&#8217; onsite Secretary<\/span>, which would include a one night hotel compensation and trip expense, will perform all duties of record keeping for AKC (Show Report) and email to AKC within deadlines.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I WILL NOT perform tasks that are normally done by Club Show Committee Chairman\/Members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Club will secure hotel for show site and negotiate services and contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club will obtain permission from Parent Club Secretary and AKC to hold shows. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club will create judging contracts and obtain signed copies of acceptance. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club will produce ad copy and publicize shows in magazines and\/or any other methods of advertisements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club will provide ring equipment and set-up and tear-down show ring and any other requirements for show site layout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Club will solicit show requests (including any lunch, grooming, catalog ads, or donations) and provide set-up and marking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I WILL perform the following services as needed: I WILL NOT perform tasks that are normally done by Club Show&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":76,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_eb_attr":"","ngg_post_thumbnail":0,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-63","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"featured_image_src":"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tcshowservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Southern-California.jpg?resize=600%2C400&ssl=1","featured_image_src_square":"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/tcshowservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Southern-California.jpg?resize=600%2C600&ssl=1","jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/63","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=63"}],"version-history":[{"count":9,"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/63\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":2075,"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/63\/revisions\/2075"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/76"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/tcshowservices.com\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=63"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
